We have systems to inform everyone involved in our educational experiences about our Youth Protection Policies and Procedures and provide assistance to help our volunteers and Affiliates in meeting our standards.

To comply with the ARDI Youth Protection Policy, Team Managers must do the following things:
- Read the Youth Protection Policy
- Complete the Online Training Course
- Complete an annual Background Check (Get your Background Check through DI)
- Discuss the YPP with Parents and provide them with a copy
- Know what to do if you observe situations where YPP is not followed
Team Managers must complete their Background checks in order to gain access to Challenge and Training materials.
